Dr. Peter Vandeventer is a co-program managers of the U.S. Coast Guard’s Blue Technology Center of Expertise (BTCOE). The BTCOE serves as one of the Coast Guard’s official conduits to the technology sector. Dr. Vandeventer look for innovative technologies to enhance Coast Guard missions. The BTCOE is located on the campus of Scripps Institution of Oceanography in La Jolla, California.
