John Rowan is a 25-year maritime industry professional with experience focusing on port operations, engineering and security. He is currently the General Manager and FSO at Tioga Marine Terminal for Delaware River Stevedores, a Ports America and SSA joint venture. He holds a BS in Management from Penn State University, an MBA from Holy Family University and an Accredited Marine Port Executive Certificate through the International Association of Maritime and Port Executives. He currently resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and two children.
