Cesar Morales currently serves as S&P Global Intelligence and Analytics group portfolio manager for US Defense and National Security accounts. His 20-year career in federal and commercial maritime domain awareness spans operational roles as a Naval officer, analyst roles in the Department of Defense, program management roles in MDA research and development, and now leads S&P Global’s engagements with the defense and intelligence community. He is an advocate for the integration of trade and commodity data into MDA analysis and understanding the maritime pattern of life.

Cesar is 1999 graduate of the US Naval Academy and resides in St. Petersburg Florida.
