Brian LeFebvre is the Director of Port and Infrastructure Security at Havoc AI, where he helps advance innovative autonomous technologies that strengthen the security and resilience of America’s ports and critical maritime infrastructure. A retired U.S. Coast Guard Captain, Brian brings more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning homeland security, maritime operations, public policy, and commercial strategy.

Throughout his career, Brian has led complex operations, managed critical infrastructure initiatives, and built partnerships across federal, state, local, and private-sector organizations. His experience includes serving as Captain of the Port for Northern New England, leading port security and emergency response operations, advising senior government leaders in the U.S. Senate, and directing marine affairs for multi-billion-dollar offshore energy projects. He is passionate about applying emerging technologies to solve real-world security challenges while strengthening collaboration between government and industry.
