Faith was named Director of Government Outreach for FaceTec Inc effective April 2025. She previously retired from the Arizona Department of Transportation, Enforcement and Compliance Division, Office of Inspector General after 33+ years of service. She participated in and implemented the Driver License Security Program and was named Facial Recognition Program Administrator in 2014. Faith collaborated with law enforcement agencies, government agencies, and the general public nationwide. She oversaw the Law Enforcement Coordination Unit, Operational Communications Unit, and Hiring/Recruiting when she retired.

During her tenure, she also oversaw the Facial Recognition Unit, the Criminal Information Research Unit, the Administrative Sergeant, and the Administrative staff.

Faith completed the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command (SPSC) in 2021. She participated in updating the Standards for Facial Recognition, distributed and maintained by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), and served as chairperson of the International Biometrics Association from 2018 to 2025.
