Mr. Chao has 22+ years of experience providing support to the Department of Defense (DoD), local and state government agencies. He is currently a Cyber Incident Responder and Network Defender for the California Cybersecurity Integration Center (CAL-CSIC) and his areas of expertise ranges from signals intelligence (SIGINT), all source intelligence (OSINT), to cybersecurity, cyber threat analysis, and digital forensics and incident response (DFIR). Yu holds a B.S. in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University, a M.S. in Cybersecurity Engineering & M.A. in International Relations from the University of San Diego and various cybersecurity industry certifications.
