Onboarded with FIFA World Cup 2026™ during the Summer 2024, as the West Region Safety and Security Director. Joined a team of professionals strategically deployed throughout all North America, with varying roles within the Safety and Security Department covering Emergency Preparedness, Intelligence, Regional Safety (West, Central and East), Executive Security in Canada and Mexico, Facility Security and VIP / Executive Protection. Our Safety and Security Team is led by our Chief Security Officer G.B. Jones.

Prior to joining FWC2026™ , held the position of Regional Security Director with the National Football League for 11 years. In this role, I was the Security Lead for all matters concerning stadiums, team, police and fire representation and contract security liaison for a total of 8 West Region Clubs. As a West Region Safety and Security Director, I was also assigned as lead Security Director for Super Bowl LVI in Los Angeles California in 2022, as well as Co-Lead Security Director for the 2023 NFL Draft, which took place outside of Union Station in Kansas City. In addition, I held the role of Facilities Safety and Security Director for NFL Media / NFL Network in the Culver City and Inglewood, California areas.

Prior to joining the NFL, my first experience in private security management was at CBS Television Studios, where I held the position of Safety and Security Manager.

In 1995, I was sworn in as a Police Officer with the Los Angeles Police Department. During my 20-year career with the LAPD I held various position, to include: Assistant Watch Commander – Pacific Division, Officer in Charge Pacific Vice Unit, Officer in Charge Harbor Division Gang and Narcotics Unit and numerous other exciting assignments.

Currently reside in Los Angeles California, however my bloodlines are rooted to my hometown of Columbus Ohio.
