Martin Sowinski is Director of Naval and Security Systems Business Development at Terma Inc., where he leads business development, key account management, and capture strategy for the North and Central American markets. He works closely with naval and maritime security customers to identify and shape opportunities, align technical and programmatic requirements, and develop solutions that address evolving operational needs.

Martin brings more than a decade of experience across maritime technology, naval systems, commercial sales, and business development, including roles with Terma, Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine, and SubCom. He holds a B.A. in Government and Politics with a concentration in International Policy from St. John’s University
