Michael Crowe is the Federal Business Development Executive at SynMax, Inc., where he leads federal strategy for Theia, the company’s multi-INT maritime intelligence platform that detects and attributes dark vessel activity worldwide. He works directly with agencies, including NGA and NIWC Pacific, to integrate commercial data and AI capabilities into national security missions. Michael is a retired U.S. Navy Master Chief Intelligence Specialist with 20 years of service, 15 of them in support of Joint Special Operations, including 13 years with the Naval Special Warfare Development Group, where he retired as Director of Intelligence Operations. He brings a mission-first, data-driven approach to every partnership he builds.
