Logan is the Senior Vice President for Strategic Growth and Partnerships at UKI, where he shapes federal growth strategy, strengthens partner ecosystems, and drives expansion into emerging commercial cyber markets. His work focuses on aligning UKI’s capabilities with mission needs across federal agencies, building high-value teaming relationships, and advancing operational technology (OT) network defense for critical infrastructure.

Logan holds 28 years of military service. His last assignment was with U.S. Cyber Command where he served as the Director of the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE). He led the DoD’s enterprise cyber training range, enabling realistic, scalable maneuver space, high-consequence mission rehearsal environments and team certifications for Joint Cyberspace Operations Forces, helping elevate readiness across the cyber mission force.

During his military career, Logan spent a third of his career in command positions across intelligence and operations assignments including the Coast Guard Cryptologic Group at the National Security Agency (NSA); Coast Guard Attaché in Bogotá, Colombia; Dual-hat Command and product line manager at the NSA Colorado; Director’s Fellow at the NSA, and Coast Guard representative to the National Counterterrorism Center. Earlier in his career he spent six years at sea aboard the Coast Guard Cutter MIDGETT and USS HALYBURTON, culminating with command at sea of an Island-class Patrol Boat in Atlantic Beach, NC.

Logan holds executive certificates from Harvard Kennedy School of Government (Senior Executives in National and International Security) and State Department’s Foreign Service Institute, (National Security Executive Leadership Seminar, class 35). He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University.
