GSA Office of Customer and Stakeholder Engagement (CASE)
Mr. Steele brings over twenty years of industry sales and marketing experience and federal government experience in federal contracting. His industry experience ranges from companies such as General Motors, Xerox Corporation, Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate, Chapman University and U.S. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Services and currently – Federal Acquisition Services. During the past eight years, Mr. Steele has worked with GSA Public Building Services where he focused on representing the Department of Homeland Security on commercial lease transactions in the Southern California market. Since 2016, he has been with the GSA Office of Customer and Stakeholder Engagement (CASE) as the Customer Service Director focusing on agencies under the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, United States Marine Corps and State and Local organizations. Through his role as Customer Service Director of these accounts, he assists contracting departments with scope of work reviews and assisting contracting officers & specialists place these requirements to GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) and Government Wide Agency Contracts (GWAC’s). The role of CASE is to enable FAS understanding of customer requirements for the range of acquisition services, solutions and options. The end goal is to become a “trusted advisor” and strategic partner in helping customers select the best value solution for their needs.
