Brion is the Assistant Program Manager for Maritime Domain Awareness in the Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations Program Office (PMW 120) under the Program Executive Officer for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence and Space in San Diego California.

Brion leads the planning and execution of an acquisition program that will integrate the Navy’s multiple MDA applications and data procurements into a cohesive, fully supported warfighting capability for the Navy that enables information sharing, and analytic collaboration with other agencies of the U.S. Government, state and local agencies, and foreign partners worldwide.

Before taking over MDA, Brion was the Assistant Program Manager for Distributed Common Ground System-Navy Increment 2 and Maritime Integrated Broadcast System. Brion is Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act certified Level III in Program Management, and is the recipient of the 2018 Program Management Excellence Award from PEO C4I and Space.
